The software enables you create a manufactured products master with details of setups required for manufacturing. Then assign cycle to each setup equipment wise because one product setup may have different cycle times on different machines based on machine capability.
MIS and Analytics
It helps you generate performance-related reports for monitoring the losses in operations and OEE are generated which help in identifying the weak area in operations and plan for corrective actions.
Daily Production
Enables you record details of shift time available, TPM time and get time available for manufacturing. The software helps you record the products manufactured on machines with details of time run for each product with quantity that are okay and those that are not.
OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness
This is a single parameter that gives an overall picture of the machine utilization and effectiveness. This module automatically calculate OEE of equipment based on the time duration of machine operation, expected production, actual production quantity, defective quantity and stoppages duration.
Machine / Operator Wise Productivity
Enables you monitor man and machine hour efficiency for each machine and/or operator, and identify variations patterns for corrective actions.
Production Process Losses Analysis
