Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with clients.
- Oversee company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Relate to clients on company's product and services.
- Identify potential new markets and opportunities to guide sales teams
- Review and implement company processes to ensure that clients get maximum satisfaction from their orders.
- To ensure clients' satisfaction while maintaining organization's standards.
- To handle client's complaints and escalations well using a sympathetic, yet formal process.
- To ensure communication with required departments and units in order to maximize client's experiences.
- Carry out customers’ satisfaction surveys and make recommendations on improvements.
- Set up meetings with prospective clients to understand the type of products they want and or make personalized suggestions
- Negotiate offers, payment plans and delivery timelines to win customer’s business
Education and Experience
- Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Sales etc.
- 5 years experience in Business relationship at managerial level.
- Experience in Furniture and construction equipment field required.

- Strong communication skills.

- Excellent analytical, organizing and problem solving skills.

Job Position: Legal Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Legal Analyst will act as Legal Secretary to the CAO; conduct research, analyse, advise and execute all compliance and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support to the CEO & CAO.
- Prepare detailed reports based on legal research and trends to ensure proper compliance.
- Give legal analysis and advise on all financial and project transactions.
- Attend to all legal matters and interface with law firms assigned with cases.
- Maintain a Compliance Register for all projects, statutory and corporate transactions.
- Non-Compliance Identification & Support to various Project and Transaction coordinators.
- Proper implementation of Records and Documents Management.
- Maintains a logbook or record of all documents received, assigned and released to concerned staff for proper monitoring and easy reference.
- Prepares correspondences, affidavits and other legal forms.
- Conducts researches and studies of applicable laws and rules.
Education and Experience
- 4-5 years experience working in similar roles.
- Relevant Legal qualification with biases in Corporate and Commercial Law.
- Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
