Job Position: Business Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

• Our company is looking for a Business Associate to help us stimulate sales growth.
• In this position, you will be responsible for both customer acquisition and customer retention.
• You will follow sales leads and open up new avenues for us to target.
• On the retention side, you will need to focus on customer relationship management. While sales and marketing skills are important, you must also be able to keep our existing customers happy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow leads to find new customers
• Push new products to existing customers
• Answer questions and solve problems to maintain customer satisfaction
• Track all sales and report new opportunities to management

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration
• Sales or marketing experience
• Customer service skills
• Proficiency with common CRM programs.
